Since 1983, people can spend their camping holiday in the North Sea camp Norddeich.
Until 1970, the coastal radio station „Norddeich Radio“ was located in the historically protected buildings directly behind the sea embankment. It was the interface between those who sailed at sea and those who stayed at home. Especially at Christmas, greetings were sent from Norddeich to all parts of the world.
